Fix a Blue Screen of Death
Generally it happens for two thing hardware or driver.
Below see the total blue-screen message:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you’ve seen this Stop error screen, restart
your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - -
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the Stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then select Safe Mode.

The Physical Memory Dump error is one of
the most familiar forms of the ‘blue screen of death’. This error is so
critical for that reason Windows has no option but to cease all
operations and appear with a blue screen, detailing the problem and what
caused it. The physical memory dump error can come from lots of
different causes…
This error is actually occurred by two
different things. The fault itself is where your system has to “dump”
all the things in a folder on your hard drive, in order to try and save
the integrity of your system. The annoying thing about this problem is
the way in which it is seemly random and just stops everything you are
doing.
We have simple way to fix this problem which even a beginner can do. You just need to follow these simple steps:
1) Disconnect any new hardware.2) Reinstall any program that causes this error i.e. newly installed software.
3) Repair the registry.
For repair the registry you can use CCleaner freeware version from below link.
Download
4) It’s my opinion: Just open RAM and clean with Eraser then use it and run computer, it should be ok now. If not just change the RAM every problem will be solved.
